WOL: How You can Honor, Educate and Inspire
Individuals, corporations and foundations throughout America are being asked to help honor, educate and inspire patriotism through the new Wings of Liberty, America's only museum of patriotism.
Advance gifts already give the $40 million campaign substantial momentum:
- Fort Campbell has donated a spectacular 33-acre site adjacent to the base and 10 minutes from two Interstate-24 exits as well as site preparation for construction.
- The local community has contributed funds to cover all the administrative and marketing costs of the fundraising campaign, allowing 100 percent of future campaign contributions to be earmarked for Wings of Liberty "bricks and mortar".
- The State of Tennessee has constructed a new entrance and access road to the Interstate.
- Once the museum is open, Fort Campbell will assume responsibility for all operating costs, including staffing and maintenance.
A number of giving options are available, including naming rights for various areas of the museum complex and membership in the Screaming Eagles for donors of $1 million or more.
Every gift to Wings of Liberty is important in making this museum a reality and in promoting understanding of the sacrifices necessary for our freedom.
