Last known survivor?

My husbands grandfather believes he may be the last one alive from his old unit. I am trying to gather up information on this or see if there is anyone else. maybe gather photos, memorabilia etc. Here is the information that I have (I will come back and change it if I find out I have it incorrect).

He is an original Screaming Eagle. He was with the 101st Airborne Division, 502nd, company C.

2 of the major battles he was a part of was his descent on DDay and Market-Garden.

This is about all the information I know, as I try not to pry too much. He really only shares the information with my husband, but has made a few comments to me.
