Col. Michael Linnington, commander of the 187th Infantry Regiment 'Rakkassans', 101st Airborne Division directs traffic Mondy April 21, 2003. Linnington's brigade is in charge of the area, and when he came across a traffic jam at this intersection, Linnington took charge of the situation.
